At Madison Taylor Design, our proven approach to integrated architectural design, interior design and décor, and landscape architecture, most frequently starts with an in-person visit to our clients' Collingwood area property. We strive to capture the essence of our clients' current lifestyles while working to understand and plan for their pending and future lifestyles. Preliminary visits to the property allow our team to assess and understand the fundamental land and property considerations that play a critically important role in capturing the essence of the structure's functional purpose while establishing a base aesthetic vision.

Each of our project proposals includes a vitally important pre-planning project report. At Madison Taylor our pre-planning reports are critical to the success and efficient execution of our client's Collingwood projects as they address and highlight the municipal, regional, and provincial considerations and bylaws specific to the individual property relative to land use.

At Madison Taylor we have a wealth of knowledge and experience in understanding and navigating the procedures involved in not only achieving the required permits for our client projects, but also in the variance application processes in townships and municipalities throughout Simcoe County and Grey County.

Upon approval of the project proposal, our team joins together with our clients for an in-depth personal interview involving the principal team members from all four critical Collingwood teams — architecture, interior design, interior decorating, and landscape architecture. From the understanding we gain from this collaborative meeting, we’ll create a detailed visual presentations showcasing renderings of the proposed architecture, layout, interior design, and landscaping of the client's Collingwood project.

A collaborative back-and-forth phase follows, which allows us to fine-tune every detail to our clients' satisfaction. Once the plan is approved and permitting is secured, we seamlessly transition into the construction phase, working closely with our Collingwood builder partners to ensure a flawless execution. As all elements of the process have been planned by this time, the remainder of the project, including interior decorating and landscaping, is focussed on implementation and construction.
